Welcome to Waterford! The Waterford Homeowners Association is a planned development located in Vacaville, California and consists of 82 residential units, a community swimming pool and basketball court. The Association is ideally located near schools, hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers, including big-box retail stores and the Vacaville Premium Outlets.
The next scheduled board meeting will be held on February 21, 2017 at 6:00 PM in the conference room of LLW Properties, 169 Leisure Way, Vacaville. Members are welcome and encouraged to attend!
